Good value, big breakfast selection, though more Asian than Western (we are in Asia after all!). Nice room, big and warm (was surprisingly cool in Vinh). Good location too, very good restaurant right next door, local dishes and really tasty.

The outside looks old, but the inside is quite clean, and the beds and bedding are very good. There is a bathtub in the room, which helps to relieve fatigue. The staff is kind and tries to help anything. Breakfast was included and it was delicious, and I also used the restaurant for dinner and it was delicious.

This hotel is located next market and mall. Excellent location Staff was excellent. Excellent price also. It offers all the amenities of 5 star hotel like swimming pool, Gym, spa, concierge services by its staff

The Staff was extremely helpful with every need. The front desk staff went out off there way to book bus tickets when it was very difficult during Tet holiday And called the bus drivers to make sure we made our connections on the buses. Thank you.

The lobby and rooms are big and clean. My room had a bathtub which was great. Breakfast was ok, mostly Asian options with some western options

Breakfast was good, amenities were great, staff friendly and helpful even though some had limited English, convenient location if you enjoy lots of walking, the restaurant next door was great, not very touristy

Nice hotel which had large spacious rooms. Good bathroom even with a bath. Staff were helpful and breakfast basic but ok.

The Saigon Kim Lien hotel may have old facilities, but it stands out for its cleanliness, good care, reasonable pricing, and pleasant staff. While the dated facilities might not offer the modern amenities some guests may desire, the hotel seems to make up for it with its dedication to cleanliness and attentive customer service.

Hotel had everything we needed but was a little tired in terms of maintenance in some (corridor) areas. The beer garden beside the pool served great Bia Hoi and chili nuts. We had a nice waitress who was friendly and patient
